FAQ
Frequently asked questions before booking
Is this an ambulance service?
No. This service is designed for non-emergency appointments: transportation assistance, appointment coordination, waiting companionship and return home. For an emergency, call 1669 or use the appropriate emergency medical service.
Can the companion speak with the doctor on the client's behalf?
When authorized, the companion may listen, take notes and ask questions prepared by the client or family. The companion does not diagnose, interpret test results or choose treatment on behalf of the patient.
What if the hospital visit takes longer than booked?
Additional companion service beyond the package hours is charged at THB 300 per hour. Terms are confirmed before booking. Transport charges are not included.
Who receives health-related information?
Only necessary information within the client's authorization is shared with the authorized contact. This lead form intentionally avoids collecting detailed health information.
Do you accept wheelchair users or clients who need more assistance?
Screening is required to assess safety, equipment, transportation and staffing needs. Some cases may not be suitable for standard companion service and may require a specialized provider.
